Today we replaced the condenser assembly and condenser fan due to the aircon system over heating resulting in hot air intermittently being blown into the cab whilst driving. 🚛

Here you can see a new and old condenser assembly and condenser fan. Once this is replaced, and a regas is performed, the aircon will be working as good as new! ❄️☃️

This 2016 Fiat Ducato RV came in because the transmission was neutralising while driving. We removed the gearbox and found the clutch to be prematurely worn. 

The new clutch kit comes with a range of parts, such as a concentric slave cylinder, dual mass flywheel, pressure plate and clutch plate. 

During the installation, we also refitted the gear box with fresh fluids and oils. With everything now refitted and tested, it's ready for the owner to take it back on the road.

We found a number of different issues while servicing this Mercedes-Benz Atego. We noticed that the tyres were worn on the inner edge down to the legal limit. The front suspension bushes were starting to crack too and one side was starting to come out of the front leaf spring. We also found that the sway bar D-bush mount bracket had snapped in half. 

We replaced the front tyres and installed new springs. With the other now work completed, this truck is ready to hit the road again.

We are removing the cylinder on this Volkswagen LT46 Motor home for some further inspections. The vehicle came in because the motor wasn't starting. We soon discovered the timing belt had jumped a few teeth.

Removing the cylinder head will allow us to further investigate as we suspect the engine valves may also be bent.
