The doors of the grand old Blue Mountains mansion Leuralla will soon open for the last time for the Hidden Treasures of Leuralla auction on-site Saturday 15 July & Sunday 16 July with viewing on Friday 14 July.

The museum housed one of the most extensive private Barbie collections in Australia and there are hundreds of Barbies dating from the 1960s as well as her growing circle of friends and family, many of them mint and boxed. This is your only chance to own an item from this renowned collection!

The doors to this historic blue mountains mansion will soon be opened for the last time. The upcoming auction Hidden Treasures of Leuralla will feature original furniture and effects including a wealth of Blue Mountains memorabilia - scenic maps, photos, books and rare postcard collections - as well as NSW Railways collectibles, historic house and garden items and rare toys never seen when the museum was open.

The museum is open for viewings until Friday inclusive, from 9am to 3pm for interested parties and the full catalogue can be viewed at www.davidsonauctions.com.au.

The Leuralla Toy and Railway Museum was considered the most important collection of 20th century toys. Now the pieces are going to auction, but not all of them.

Sunday May 1 marks the day when we close our doors to the public for the last time.
We have been pleased to welcome so many visitors to this grand old house and beautiful gardens and to what is considered the finest collection of 20th Century toys anywhere in the world
Floods, Fires and Covid have made it impossible to continue
Leuralla becomes once again a private home
and we say goodbye and thanks for visiting.
