When your host cooks the guests a beautiful, tasty potica cake! 🥰 🤩 😋

We are sometimes lucky enough to book out the entire Zamorc Hotel, and our tour family moves in and has a lovely relaxing sense of home for 6 nights.

We are so well looked after by Tatjana and Boštjan 🥰

Day 12 also includes a stroll through Kropa - a village built on so many water ways. It has many old forges and used to produce a wide variety of nails that were used throughout Europe. Today more artistic works are produced, including light fixtures and fences.

Everyone has their favourite tour highlights, and they are surprisingly extremely varied.
Personally, day 12 is mine - if the weather is kind. This year, we had the couple of required hours for amazing views before the clouds rolled in and the deluge began.

It’s been a big job replacing the cobblestones in the square, and today was the celebration of its completion 👏
In between the market and celebrations we made honey bread and learned about Dani’s ‘Mother Violin’ project 👌
