Our last Queensland Simmental Bull Sale has come and gone and what a result!
Our best ever sale average of $16,500, with a top of $19k and all bulls making $12k or above.
Thank you to all the vendors since the start of the sale, everyone has contributed to its success.
To the buyers, underbidders and agents who parted with their time and money, coming back every year to purchase the bulls, also a big thank you.
To Leegra Fitting, for preparing our bulls so professionally, we appreciate the time and effort you put in.
And finally, to Stephen Manwill, whose commitment and passion to drive this sale from a few thoughts to fruition and now one of the most successful multi vendor sales in the country, you are a true champion of the Simmental breed.

Lot 4 at the Queensland Simmental Bull Sale is Jarravale Vernon V42. A powerful PHS Polled Worldwide son from one of our most reliable cow families from Canada. Outstanding growth with top 10% for both weaning and yearling weight. A Fullblood not to be missed at this years sale.

Jarravale has a small amount of semen and embryos left for expressions of interest.

1. Jarravale Raptor R78 - JRVPR078 -58 straws
2. NexGen The One - NGSPT037 - 84 straws,
Both of these bulls have been used in our herd and their non Jarravale progeny are unable to be registered. They have left some exceptional calves, one R78 bull was our top priced animal at the 2025 Queensland Simmental Bull Sale. The One will have his first progeny for sale at 2026 Queensland Simmental Bull Sale.

N58 was a larger framed cow with great feet and legs and a perfect temperament
2. Lancaster Erica J114 LCSPJ114 x WS Proclamation E202 - 5 embryos
Erica J114 was also a beautifully framed cow, great temperament and this combination left some very good bulls that went to commercial herds.
3. Lancaster Poppy M103 x Gibbs Broad Range - 12 embryos
Poppy was a moderate framed cow that bred well. We kept one of her grandsons as a herd sire.

Unfortunately no photos are available of the cows.

After the sale yesterday of our home farm the entire draft of 2023 and 2024 born heifers are now for sale.
All of the 2023 born heifers and two autumn born 2024 heifers have been mated and due in April/May.
18 traditional and 1 black 2023 born heifers and 21 traditional and 1 black 2024 born heifers.
Daughters from all the cows below are for sale. International and local genetics that have proven themselves wherever they go.
