Light to Light Transfers is CLOSING. Sadly we can't justify the cost of staying open, especially now that the section of the Light to Light Track between Boyd's Tower and Saltwater Creek is closed till the end of 2023.

Our Public Liability insurance is due for renewal at a significant cost - and it is required immediately by National Parks. It's become unviable for us to operate.

We are SO SORRY that we have to make this decision. If you are planning to walk the Light to Light track in future, consider whether you can bring a larger group and 2 vehicles - or you'll have to contact National Parks for any alternatives.

Happy to answer any queries for now.

Thanks to all our wonderful customers in the past - those who camped with us when we were Light to Light Camps (pre bushfires) and those who've jumped in the transfer vehicle with us since then.

ALERT: The section of the Light to Light Walk from Boyd's Tower to Saltwater Creek is currently CLOSED and WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL AT LEAST CHRISTMAS 2023.

Yes you read that correctly. The northern section of the track is having a major upgrade with machinery on site so for safety reasons, it is CLOSED.

What does that mean for our Light to Light Transfers business? WE DON'T KNOW YET. We are currently weighing up our options but for now, we suggest you plan to walk the track in 2024. Feel free to call us if you need to discuss 0429 961047.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be taking a break from 14th April - 2nd May inclusive.

We will of course be honouring the transfers already booked during that time 👍👍. Our casual driver is set to go for you organised folk 🙂.

If you have NOT booked by now, sorry but we won't be able to help you. Hopefully you can postpone or find another option.

PLEASE NOTE: National Parks are currently carrying out works in sections of the Light to Light Track and there will be times over the coming months where sections may be realigned - or CLOSED.

We urge you to check the Beowa National Parks website for alerts during your planning phase so you are as up-to-date as possible. We don't want you to book a transfer to find that you can't actually walk the entire track!

Early morning reminders. The fires 🔥 were 2 1/2 years ago but the scars are still clearly visible to us 😪.

NO TRANSFERS UNTIL THE WEATHER SETTLES.

Please note our last group of walkers were caught by extremely heavy rainfall (30mm forecast, we received 120mm in 24 hours) and consequently had to forge flooded creeks.

It is currently TOO DANGEROUS to walk the Light to Light Walk. We will update the page when we can report that the creeks have settled enough to walk it safely.

We were lucky enough to tag along with this pair of legends from Sapphire Coast Guiding Co on a trip to the amazing Yambulla yesterday. Love seeing how like-minded businesses collaborate in this area 😀 👏 .

These super guys take guided walks along the coast including the 3 day Light to Light Walk from Ben Boyd Tower to Green Cape Lighthouse.
Come visit for 3 days and make it a week long trip by tagging a one of their walks on to the beginning or end of your holiday.
