Six Crescent Head Walking Football players have recently represented NSW, showing just how far a social game in our little part of the world can take you.

FROM THE CLASSROOM TO THE STAGE!

Meet .EDU – four local educators proving their passion for music goes well beyond the classroom!

Made up of Murray Dickinson, Cameron Upcroft, Nathan Edwards and Israel Smith, this Crescent Head band isn’t just bringing live music to local venues – they’re making a difference in our community.

And there’s one local legend whose contribution deserves a special shout-out!

Murray Dickinson dedicates so much of his time and energy to inspiring the next generation of young musicians.

From helping organise the Macleay Public Schools Music Festival to taking Crescent Head Public School students on musical roadshows across the region, Murray is giving local kids opportunities to perform, build confidence and discover a lifelong love of music.

The school’s Music Roadshow reached 12 schools across the Macleay and Hastings regions!

It’s people like Murray, Cameron, Nathan and Israel who remind us just how much talent, generosity and community spirit we have right here in the Macleay Valley.

Four educators. One band. A whole lot of heart!

A big welcome to Lilli Pilli Ladies Inc. who are now part of the Macleay Valley Hub!

For 10 years, this wonderful group of local women has been bringing people together, supporting our community and proving just how powerful friendship, connection and a good cause can be.

And what better way to celebrate a decade of Lilli Pilli Ladies than with an Afternoon Tea
