Thursday - it was an interesting work job, combining visiting Catholic churches + they're history.
I picked up 16 guests, all being Catholic High School Principals, local & interstate, here for their annual AGM meeting.

We visited historical churches in Oatlands, Tunnick, Colebrook & Richmond, plus had a wander around Oatlands.

Plus, I learnt of Augustus Welby Northmore PUGIN (1812-52), he was England's greatest early Victorian designer, relating to church architecture.

Tuesday - 2x 21 seater coaches took a large group of interstate & international guests, here in Hobart for a conference, out to Pooley Wines & Prospect House.

The conference attendees represent family business owners across the State/Mainland/International

The weather was superb, the locations equally superb.

A catch-up with Bec, after she's been away all last week, on how it went in her recent finalist nomination in Young Achievers Award.

Although Bec wasn't awarded winner, without hesitation Bec proudly represented Coal River Coaches & Bus Charter Tasmania with recognition given for her work within the Tourism & Travel Industry which resulted in being one of four finalists.

A hearty congratulations to the winner..of which I don't have the info on who it was...
Bec looks stunning...& a worthy representative for the Company.

Wednesday - a day's outing with Travel Club members up to Junee Caves in Maydena, then into the Styx Valley.

From a really foggy cold start, the day turned out.. perfectly, sunshine came out...😍😍

First up morning tea in one of the huts at Mt Field National Park, onto Junee Caves with a leisurely & careful walk, very damp & slippery underfoot, into the entrance of Junee Caves, lunch, then into Styx Valley for a walk through amazing tall timbers & saw lots of forest mushrooms...

It was a really top day...big shout to the driver, Adrian, we really went off the beaten track & lots of informative commentary from Geoff Curry.

A very long day, that was very enjoyable...
