Forget the footy… this was serious business.

The State Transport Mascot Race hit Marvel Stadium, and from an operations perspective, there may be a few things to address at the next toolbox meeting.

Some questionable route planning, a few unexpected delays and definitely not everyone meeting their delivery window.

Thankfully, our actual transport operations run a little smoother!

No trucks, no forklifts and no GPS , just a group of mascots trying to achieve one very important KPI.

What a night at Marvel Stadium!

The 2026 Legends Game delivered a fantastic night of footy and entertainment, with some of the biggest names in the game back on the field and a great atmosphere shared with everyone involved.

It was fantastic to see the State Transport partnership come to life across Marvel Stadium, while supporting an event with a much bigger purpose.

With 29,040 people through the gates, more than 2.38 million tuning in across Seven and 7Plus Sport, and most importantly, over $1.1 million raised for the Australian Prostate Centre, the night was an incredible success.

A huge thank you to the team at Sen for putting together such a great event and giving State Transport the opportunity to be part of it. Thank you also to the players, partners, our guests, supporters and everyone who attended, watched and donated.

We’re proud to have played our part in supporting such an important cause.

What a night, and an even better cause.

After 18 years with State Transport, we’re celebrating the retirement of Mark Normington.

Mark has been an important part of State Transport for nearly two decades, playing a significant role in the growth and development of our warehousing operations.

Throughout that time, Mark has shared his knowledge and experience with many people across the business and has seen State Transport grow and transform significantly.

We’d like to thank Mark for his commitment, loyalty and contribution over such a long period.

There has been plenty of growth and transformation at State Transport over the past 18 years, but one thing has remained remarkably consistent. Mark’s Friday Large Quarter Pounder Meal.

So for his final day, there was really only one appropriate way to celebrate. No fancy retirement lunch required, just Mark’s meal of choice!

Mark, thank you for everything you’ve contributed to State Transport. We wish you every success and happiness in retirement.

Exciting day attending the official launch of the 2026 Legends Game in support of the Australian Prostate Centre.
The launch brought together AFL greats, major sponsors, media partners and supporters to unveil what promises to be another fantastic event raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer research and support services.
We're proud to be involved with an event that combines the passion of Australian football with a cause that impacts so many families and communities.
A highlight of the launch was the announcement that Dustin Martin will represent the Big V, adding even more excitement to this year's game at Marvel Stadium.
A special thank you to SEN for hosting a first class launch event and to the Australian Prostate Centre for the incredible work they do supporting men and families affected by prostate cancer.
And if you look very closely during the 7 News coverage, you might spot Robert Cenusa and Emma Martino in the crowd. We immediately told our families we were famous. Unfortunately, they were far more interested in the fact that Dusty will be playing.
We can't wait for game day.
