Welcome to Brooklyn Studio B & B - Fully self contained accommodation in the beautiful Yarra Valley in a semi rural location, 1 kilometre from Healesville Sanctuary and a short drive to the main shopping hub of Healesville village. Brooklyn Studio is set in a delightful 2 acre garden setting with an abundance of rabbits and cockatoos and king parrots to keep you company. You can stroll around the

garden and check out the "chooks" or find a shady tree to sit under. We have history -

Brooklyn Studio is contained within a former guest house, originally named River-Lea, now Brooklyn House. The original dwelling was built in 1890 and over the years has accommodated holiday makers & honeymooners (40's to the 60's) when Healesville was a popular destination and not too far from the city. It has been a private family home with many changes over the years, but has still maintained the character of a bygone era (if only the walls could speak!).

It's been a while, but we have received a lovely review upon reopening after what seems like forever since we could have guests due to COVID.

What a beautiful location!!! The gardens are an amazing tranquil retreat, every evening spent wandering, sitting and just relaxing. Pamela is an amazing host. Everything (and more) right there, beautiful personal touches, for us and our children. This was the perfect stay in every way. The location is great (close enough for convenience, but remote enough for the tranquility). Healesville sanctuary on the doorstep and quality wineries aplenty. The facilities are wonderful - kitchen excellent, plenty of living space and all with those amazing garden views. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay here, sad to leave! This will be our first preference whenever in the area again.

The rosella has landed. We are enjoying a summer of lorikeets, king parrots, galahs, rosellas and the odd cockatoo. The rosella on my head was telling me he wanted something to eat. Come and visit! You too will soon be talking parrot 🐦🐦

Winter is bare in the garden and it's a chilly 4 degrees this morning it I did manage to find a couple of cheery friends. I just love the burst of pin cushion hakeas. Keep warm and come visit soon x

Good morning! It's chilly in the valley but the sun is poking through so it's going to be another gorgeous day. Just an update on Brooklyn Hall - the painting, hammering and shuzzing are nearly finished and we'll be open soon. Together with Brooklyn Studio it will be a fabulous weekend getaway able to accommodate six guests on the same property. Pics to follow very shortly. Stay Warm!!!!

Good morning weekend getaway seekers! Come and spend an autumny stay in the Yarra Valley at Brooklyn Studio B & B. It's cosy and warm, there's loads to see and do and the coffee shops and wineries all around are calling your name.

You'll remember the Pink Champagne callistemons we planted nearly 2 years ago. Well look at them now. We're doing our bit for the bees here at Brooklyn Studio B & B. Each callistemon is covered with dozens of bees.
