Exciting new beginnings at Pomonal Estate 🤍✨

After 9 wonderful years of running the restaurant at Pomonal Estate, Adam and Pep would like to sincerely thank all of our loyal customers, locals and visitors for your incredible support over the years. We are so proud of what Pomonal Estate has become and are excited for this next chapter.

We’re thrilled to share that Dean and Nicole from Block & Cleaver Hospitality will now be taking over the restaurant, bringing fresh energy, creativity and a new vision to the dining experience here in Pomonal.

As Adam and Pep continue focusing on our wines and luxury villa accommodation, Dean and the Block & Cleaver team will begin an exciting transformation of the restaurant space.

The restaurant will reopen on Tuesday 19th May 🌿

Opening Hours:
Tuesday – Saturday | 11am – 4pm

Renovations will be underway in the week ahead and will be closed during this time, so follow along here: over the coming weeks as we share the journey and exciting updates to come.

Big news from the Grampians!
Our very own Hadyn Black has been named in the Top 50 for the 2026 Young Gun of Wine Awards — one of the most exciting lists in Australian wine, and a serious nod to the kind of pragmatic, low-intervention, alternative-varietal winemaking we're built on.
The wines that earned him a spot? Our 2025 Miss Piggy and 2023 Cinco Rojas — two cracking examples of what happens when you back the unexpected.
