Expecting a Parcel this Holiday season?
The team at TGE Gunnedah would like to apologise for any minor delays you may be experiencing in getting you your parcels.
We are currently experiencing unprecidented numbers of packages for our depot and while our small team of drivers is doing their best to get them to you as fast as possible, some delays should be expected.
Your TEMU Parcels, and similar, may be at our Depot awaiting delivery. We do our best to scan these to ensure you are notified, but we have found not all customers get notifications.

Looking for a parcel? - Need something delivered urgently?
Are you happy to pick up your parcel between 3-5pm from our depot when it comes in?
Please send a TEXT ONLY to 0419 263 173 with the Tracking Number, Name and Address your order is under and we will notify you as soon as your parcel comes into our depot, and let you know of any delays.

*We would prefer texts only for this as one of our drivers is manning the phone and we'd like to avoid further delays in their schedule.
However if you don't own a mobile, aren't proficient at texting or other reasons, you are still welcome to call. If no one answers, please leave a voice mail and someone will get back to you ASAP.
