New fitness class starting next Tues at 6.30am!

Cross training bike / run / body weight exercises all around a central location.

Will be a fun 1hr session for all fitness levels.

Bring any bike & runners!

Meet at Clontarf carpark at 6.20am!

TEAMS RESULT CHANGE -

It has come to our attention that an important category change was not made at Registration and as a result there is a NEW winner of the TEAMs - 180 Years Plus category.
