This Movember our B&K Bulk Haulage team is proudly raising awareness and funds for men’s health.
Too many men suffer in silence when it comes to their mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. The statistics are sobering — but even more heartbreaking are the stories we don’t hear, because too many feel they can’t open up or reach out for help.
Movember reminds us how powerful it can be to simply talk, connect, and show up for one another. Movember is more than growing a moustache - it’s about creating a culture where men feel safe to talk, seek support and prioritise their wellbeing.
Let’s check in on one another, have real conversations, and encourage preventive care and mental health support for all the men in our lives – our dads, partners, brothers, and friends.
To every man reading this, remember: strength is not the absence of struggle, it’s the courage to face it and to speak up.

đź’™ Learn the early signs of prostate and testicular cancer
đź’™ Talk openly about stress, fatigue, or low mood
