We are on the hunt for a full-time, experienced MC truck driver for local and interstate work operating BDouble/Road Train combinations with late-model equipment. The position is for an immediate start. The job involves grain and hay freight working for a family-owned company based in Freeling, South Australia.

About you:
Be self-motivated, hardworking and have basic machinery knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work well in a team environment.
Care for equipment and a safe driving mindset.
Requirements:
MC Licence with B Double/Road Train tipper experience
Experience with front hand loaders/farm machinery advantageous
Must be available to be away some nights and weekends

We are bloody grateful to have Shay advising us on all things WHS across the farm and appreciate his help in ensuring we are compliant and up to speed with what we need to do as a team and business. Any transport operators big or small who know they need help but don't know where to start (much like us) - Shay is your go-to guy!

This Week:
- Visited a site in Burra to inspect and design 30km of traffic management plans
- Visited Hillsview Props / Shanahan Transport Tuesday to go through Safe Ag Systems online
- Yesterday a trip to Loxton to perform a WHS Gap analysis audit with the Amond Board of Australia. Helped a client from Adelaide with their NDIS portal compliance.
- Today, designed and implemented online systems for Mitre 10 and set up a Linkedin Page for a client, including a new capability statement.
- Edited a Client management plan and helped Noone Nominees create and implement a new vehicle policy.
- Edited SWMS for Byles Plumbing & Gas, introducing asbestos identification guidance and work practices to drill and modify non-friable asbestos
- Tomorrow, new worker inductions for SJM Carpentry and Building and should be time enough for a site audit!

Over the past few weeks, our fleet has been given some real TLC by the legendary YP rimshine. We have been so impressed with the quality of work Grant has put in and can't recommend his services enough! As to how long the rigs will stay this clean.... gotta earn their keep somehow 😅🌪
