It's handmade @ the gap’s 7th Birthday this month! 🧁

And I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported this little venture along the way. ###

The reason it all began...

We were blessed to receive an amazing care package from Angel Gowns for Australian Angel Babies Inc. when our precious baby girl, Rose, grew her wings too soon, eight years ago.

And so, “handmade @ the gap” was born from my resounding need to give back...
I knew I needed to be a part of this amazing cause.

handmade @ the gap has grown from making teeny tiny beanies, blankets and booties (with my beautiful Mum) for Angel Babies, to donating $1 from every beanie sold - to assist the amazing volunteers create tiny Angel Gown Packages with love & care for bereaved families.
Helping to bring me a sense of peace, knowing that other families may feel a small sense of comfort receiving a care package for their angels.

And has continued to grow into what you see today… making beanies for our rainbow baby Olive, (who is growing up too quickly ~ 5 this year!!) and beanies for the whole family!

Seven years on and I’m excited for what’s happening behind the scenes at handmade @ the gap and can not wait to share it all with you. 🧶
