Kia Ora e te Whanau just a quick mental health check in
Mental health isn’t a trend, it’s real. Life takes you through many ups and downs and with all that’s happening in the world and the uncertainty in what’s gonna happen, everything can become heavier and days become darker. So take this time to check in on your people, check in on yourself, and remember it’s okay to ask for help. If today’s heavy, you’re not alone.
“Challenge your dark days, Smile at adversity and stay Supa”

There are many mental health awareness organisations and a lot of help out there.
Message me if anyone just needs a chat. I’ve always been open about my own mental health and I can happily talk about anything!!
