Duo Discus fin top replacement. The internal spar and the rib at the forward mounting were damaged. We built a jig to make sure the new piece is in exactly the right position. Cut the old piece out and glue in the new one. We kit holes in the side to give access to put the required glass layers in. Next step is post cure at 55 degrees for 12 hours then trim, repair the holes. Another post cure then paint.
