This time last week we celebrated the opening of our new Minchinbury warehouse facility with a cocktail night that catered to all the senses! ❄️

Blue Minus 1 cocktails were served on arrival as guests walked the blue carpet, feasted on cold canapés, took freezer tours through the warehouse, were wowed by Sydney's most magical magician and watched on as , our CEO and Managing Director, cut the blue ribbon to officially open our new world-class facility.

Thank you to all of those people, from all over the country, who came and celebrated this milestone moment. It was a truly memorable evening!

We're incredibly proud to announce that our new purpose-built facility in Minchinbury, New South Wales, is officially open!

This project has been a pipe dream for many years, has involved the support of numerous different businesses and people and will propel our next phase of growth in not only New South Wales but across the country.

The facility includes:

🚛 Over 15,000 spaces across frozen, chill & confectionery chambers
🚛 19 recessed loading docks
🚛 Workshop & hardstand

We are also incredibly grateful to the Minus 1 staff who took this project on and made it such a success. Here's to the next project!
