Fuel costs continue to put pressure on the transport industry, and like many operators, we’ve recently had to adjust our fuel levy surcharge to keep pace with rising costs and support our driver team.

At Swift Transport Services, we’re focused on helping our clients find practical ways to manage these increases. Control the Controllables- and one of the most effective strategies is smarter consolidation.

Here are some additional tips to get more value from every load:
• Move from reactive to scheduled dispatch – setting consistent dispatch days allows you to group orders instead of sending multiple smaller loads.
• Create internal order cut-off times – Encourage your team or customers to place orders by a certain time so shipments can be consolidated more effectively.

🎄🚚 While the Christmas countdown is on, freight doesn’t stop — and neither does Swift Transport Services 🎄🚚

As we continue delivering through the busiest time of the year, our team will be working right up until 23rd December, helping keep freight moving during the festive rush.
