Qualifications & Experience:

 Minimum (4) years’ relevant industry experience
 Certificate III in Marine Craft Construction
 High attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to read build and electrical plans.
 Excellent problem-solving skills
 Ability to complete tasks and projects unsupervised
 Proficiency in working with various materials, tools, and machinery
 Must work well in a team environment
 Forklift License
 Boat License

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 Wiring and electrical fitout
 Some HDPE welding (will be taught)
 Custom building hardtops, duckboards, and extensions
 Interior fit-out work
 Installations of engines, steering, generators, hydraulics
 Commissioning of boats.

At Impact Boats, we specialize in designing and manufacturing high-performance HDPE vessels that push the boundaries of innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

What an exciting build this Jet propelled Lines Boat will be (1 of 2). Long time in the planning and a great job done by all, including the incredible team at Odyssey Marine, CTMD, and ourselves. Not to mention all the specialized lab testing that was required to obtain the build approvals.

I'm thrilled to announce that we are now accredited by the strict AMSA regulations (some of the strictest in the world) to build our HDPE vessels capable of handling jet propulsion systems. 🛥️

Collaborating with other like-minded companies that share our passion for constant improvement and delivering exceptional value to our customers has been truly inspiring.
