Sperling Transport Services are seeking an experienced driver for an immediate start to join our small, family-owned business based in Dalby.
Our fleet consists of Prime Movers as well as Truck & Dog combinations, so a HC license is required although MC license is preferred.
The ideal candidate would have the following abilities:
• Competently operate and maintain trucks, trailers and machinery.
• Ability & willingness to perform minor maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Punctuality, reliability and a positive attitude towards work.
• A reliable form of transport to and from work.
• Good time management skills.
• Adequately keep records and complete paperwork accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
• Demonstrate professionalism and great customer service.
• Promptly report any mechanical issues.
• A clean driving record.
The majority of our work is based in the Western/Darling Downs but on occasion you may be required to work away from home.
