Join our growing family-owned transport and warehousing team!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support our customers, operations team and management.

About the role:
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide solutions.
• Manage calls, tracking updates and service issues.
• Support administration and data entry tasks.
• Work closely with our operations team to deliver great outcomes.

About you:
• Experience in transport, warehousing and customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional attitude and strong team skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office programs.
