To all family and friends
I hope this post takes care of any questions

Attire: in true Scotty fashion, please feel free to wear your favourite fishing shirt, bright colours, floppy hat and loud socks- of course pulled up. Standard funeral attire is also welcome.

Please consider the weather as the event will be outside. Umbrella, warmth.

The sealink ferry has some funeral reserved spots for vehicles on the 9:30am trip however you will need to phone to book these as they are not available online. These are discounted to $107 return.

We encourage people to catch the pedestrian flyer which docks next to the little ships club. Those who chose to walk onto the vehicle barge, please be aware that the walk is in excess of 20 minutes minimum.
The pedestrian flyer is $15/person return. Please let staff know that you are attending the funeral for the discounted rate and tickets to be purchased on arrival from the ticket office.

Please be aware that the parking for the ferry in Cleveland will be challenging. Please allow significant time to find somewhere to park and look at alternative parking locations such as Woolworths parking in Cleveland. The Courtesy shuttle for the Straddie Flyer collects passengers from outside of Commonwealth bank 15 minutes prior to departure and the Cleveland Train Station 10 minutes prior to Flyer departure.

There will be a memory box. If you have a picture that you would like to share with the family please feel free to write on the back of it and add it to the box.

Boaties- the guard of honour will be on the MAINLAND side as the 9:30 car barge departs Cleveland, Once the barge has passed through boats can travel with the car barge or go ahead to Little ships to await Scottys arrival. Huge thanks to all of you for your efforts.
