When you call us about a service, repower or parts - one of the first things we'll ask is your engine model and serial number.

On a NANNI engine, the ID plate is easy to find. It's located on the side of the engine block - model, serial number and build date all in one place.

Take a photo and save it somewhere handy.

Meet the N3.30 - a Kubota-based marine diesel that's trusted by some of the world's greatest offshore sailors.

Built on Kubota's latest engine block technology with NANNI's marinisation expertise. The E-TVCS combustion and full mechanical fuel injection system reduces emissions and improves fuel efficiency. Timing gears rather than a timing belt means significantly less maintenance time and cost.

SOLAS certified - the same safety standard applied to lifeboat engines. That tells you everything about the reliability bar this engine is built to.

As fitted to Whirlpool, a 42-foot sailing catamaran replacing older engines and saildrives. Quieter, smoother, and better performing.

Marine engines live in one of the most corrosive environments on earth.

Most will never do enough hours to wear out mechanically. They die of old age - seawater corrosion and lack of maintenance. Making them uneconomical to repair long before their time.

The seawater system is the highest maintenance area of any marine engine.

Raw water circulates through the engine cooling components to remove heat - and with it comes salt, sediment, and everything else the ocean carries. Over time, that takes a toll on impellers, heat exchangers, exhaust elbows, and housings.

The problem is what you can't see.
By the time corrosion is visible on the outside, the damage inside is already done.

Regular inspection and maintenance of the seawater system isn't optional - it's the difference between an engine that lasts and one that doesn't.

Jackman 2400 | NANNI T4.270 Sterndrive Repower.

A trailable aluminium expedition fishing vessel built for serious offshore work - now running a NANNI T4.270 on the existing Volvo DP-E sterndrive.

The T4.270 went straight in - no new sterndrive required. The result was a 35hp increase, 300rpm less at cruise, and a 75kg weight saving.

✔️ 265hp at 3,600rpm
✔️ 1.78:1 ratio
✔️ 30+ knot top speed
✔️ 18-20 knots cruise at 22 litres per hour from an 800 litre tank
