A few highlights from the inaugural CMA Biotics Day!

We were delighted to welcome members, healthcare practitioners and industry colleagues to Melbourne for the first-ever CMA Biotics Day. It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout and so much engagement throughout the day.

The program explored the rapidly evolving world of prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics, with insightful presentations covering the latest developments in microbiome science, regulation, research and product innovation.

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented and supported the event.

Based on the enthusiasm and discussion throughout the day, we’re confident our new seminars will become an important addition to our industry’s events calendar.

This year, we welcomed a record number of delegates to Sydney for another fantastic CMA Innovation Day. It was a great opportunity to bring together researchers, manufacturers, suppliers, regulators and industry leaders to explore the ideas, research and innovations shaping the future of complementary medicines.

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented, exhibited and sponsored the event. The quality of discussion throughout the day was outstanding, and it was fantastic to see so many valuable conversations continuing well beyond the conference sessions.

Healthplex 2026 is a wrap!

It was another successful year for the Australian Pavilion, with CMA proudly supporting members to showcase Australia's complementary medicines industry to buyers and partners from across China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Beyond the exhibition, CMA joined Austrade on a trade delegation to Chengdu, exploring new opportunities in West China and reinforcing the importance of export market diversification for Australian businesses.

We're already looking ahead to Healthplex 2027, with expressions of interest now open for CMA members interested in joining next year's Australian Pavilion.
