This Reconciliation Week, we're proud to partner with The Snow Foundation and Goods. to display their stretch bed in our terminal atrium.

In remote communities across Australia, standard beds are not built for the environment and community use. They can contribute to skin sores and Strep A infections, which can progress to rheumatic heart disease — a devastating, entirely preventable condition.

Designed with Elders and community members, these stretch beds aim to improve health outcomes by being completely washable and built for the conditions of remote life.

✈️ Meet Connie ✈️

A true aviation icon that graced the tarmac at Canberra Airport Open Day.

This beauty is the Lockheed Super Constellation, affectionately known as Connie, operated by HARS Aviation Museum - Albion Park. Built in 1955, Connie is a four‑engine piston aircraft that served both military and commercial roles, carrying passengers and cargo around the world before the jet age took over.

Painstakingly restored by volunteers after being rescued from a US desert “boneyard,” she’s now one of the last flying Super Constellations in the world, and a living piece of aviation history.
