🛥️ Admin Position Available – Join The Big Boat Shed Team (Cairns)
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at The Big Boat Shed in Cairns!
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a friendly phone manner, and solid experience in Xero and general bookkeeping.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for keeping our front office running smoothly and supporting our day-to-day operations. Duties include:
• Answering phones and managing bookings
• Invoicing customers and suppliers using Xero
• General bookkeeping tasks
• Stock control and ordering
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous admin experience (marine industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
• Confident with Xero
• Organised and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
