Originally delivered to the U.S. Navy in 1942, this aircraft later entered Australian civil service before continuing its story in New Zealand. Today, it retains the unmistakable presence, sound and character that have made the DC-3 one of the most recognisable aircraft ever built.
Inside, the 19-seat passenger configuration combines dark blue leather seating with period character, while those two Pratt & Whitney radials provide the soundtrack that no modern airliner can replicate.
Offered at $599,500 NZD + GST if sold in New Zealand, with a substantial spares package included. The aircraft will require an Annual Inspection before return to service.
