General information
PAYMENT Payment can be made via Paypal. Payment is required with 7 days of purchase. Custom orders will require a 50% deposit before the item will be started, with the remainder to be paid upon completion. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. POSTAGE All parcels are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia, my preference is for Express Post as this includes tracking number. You will be contact with the tracking number once item has been posted. If you would like your item to be posted via registered post or you wish to insure the item. Please let me know when you order so that I can provide you with the additional costs. For International buyers, items will be sent via "Pack and Track", this means you are able to track your item along the way. I will provide you with the tracking number once item has been posted. Please contact me for a quote and if you would like insurance. DISPATCH TIME Items that are in stock will be posted within 1-2 working days once payment has been made. Custom made items will posted within 1-2 working days once completed and final payment has been made. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES All my items are handmade. Time, care and love have go into making each item with attention to detail and quality possible, but in some cases inconsistencies may occur. This is the nature of handmade items. If I am at fault, I am happy to offer an exchange or full refund of the item. However I am not obliged to offer a refund for change of mind. If you would like to return or exchange your item, you will need to cover the costs of postage, and the item will need to be in as new condition. DAMAGES All orders are packaged in bubble wrap and, depending on the item, either in a box or a padded bag. I take extreme precautions to ensure that all products are packaged securely to avoid damage. Once the order has been placed into the postal system, it is out of my control. Therefore I am not to be held accountable for any damage that may occur during transit. ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS I take time to create the best product that I can. If you are placing a custom order, please take this into consideration. If you need it in a hurry, please let me know at the time and I will do my best to accommodate you. I try to use the highest quality products and will test fittings before posting and to insure that they are in working order. Once it is in the customers’ possession, I can’t be held responsible for breakages. How every I am happy to fix the item for free, but all postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.
