My clients sell B2B or B2C (especially e-commerce businesses selling to consumers around the globe). We work predominately with SMEs and show them an alternative way to ship which proves to be at a higher service level and at a lower cost. Our objective is to assist clients in reducing the many issues that may arise when dealing in international shipping (delays with Customs, requirements / paperwork, shipping expenses, and much more). Over time, we can play a key role in their shipping process. InXpress is DHL’s only global authorised sales partner and is tracking to become their biggest global customer by 2016 (overtaking the US Government!!). We have a focus on personalised customer service (the kind that’s normally reserved for “big shippers"). In terms of services offered, we spend a lot of time competing with UPS and FedEx (for international shipments only). While they’re excellent companies, experience shows that the large majority of businesses see a 10-30% reduction in shipping costs when they switch to InXpress and DHL Express. Not to mention that we become their “go to” partner for international shipping. Although DHL also has a domestic offering in Australia (predominately between capital cities), InXpress Australia has also partnered with TNT, Toll Priority and Toll IPEC in order to best offer a complete freight solution.
