Hi there Valued Customers,

Just a tip on looking for item/products in Australia or any country.

For those of you who "don't" know where to look or find bigger online stores/wholesale and know where to purchase an item/product of interest.

Here is what you can do;

Just type in on your Google search browser "name of product" + "Australia", by doing that you are narrowing down the search to products only in Australia.
Example; "nike running shoe" + "australia"

Make sure also that any results(store/wholesale/shop) showing must contain " .au" that means it's a store in Australia. Cross check contact details to confirm the location of business.

We hope that this tip gives you an extra first hand to your search.

Hi everyone, have received numerous enquiries on whether items can be purchased from overseas into Australia and we ship to you. That can be done. However, there are import duties into Australia and certain laws in place for imports into Australia just like any other country. We have to be mindful of this when ordering items from overseas into Australia. Please see below link that has more information on ordering things online outside of Australia. Hope this helps in clarifying this! 🙏

As an importer of goods, you should understand what you can bring in and your responsibilities under Australian law.

Good Morning our Valued Papua New Guineans and Papua New Guinea Expats☺.

We welcome the new 50plus people who recently liked our page just this week.

Here is a brief history about us.

We only started POSS just last July, by seeing SMEs and Individuals despite the knowledge of ordering online themselves have to pay hefty amounts through other sellers or couldn't get purchased product directly into the country from suppliers. Not to mention the Covid 19 Pandemic made it even worse for those wishing to travel overseas to buy items they wanted.

So far we served more than 100 customers throughout Papua New Guinea. Some became regular clients who order almost every week because of their ordered products being sold out quickly.

Our service is cheap and reliable as we charge minimum of AU$10 to handle freight and consolidation. We use DHL Express Freight which is fast and reliable and shipping cost is discounted from normal freight cost. Apart from DHL we also use other freighters depending on customer choice.

We welcome those who wish to know more about our services to drop us a message and the team at POSS will be happy to assist.

Regarding supplier delivery of items purchased online, we ask you all to bare with supplier services. Due to Covid-19 deliveries of items you've ordered may take a little longer or less depending on postage.

Please, we ask you all to make sure you have notifications sent to your email from suppliers as proof of your purchase and delivery to our physical address in Australia, Screen short delivery notification and have it sent to us so that we can be able to assist accordingly.

We apologise for delays regarding replies to your messages as we have quite a big number of people signing up and doing orders online daily. We have a team of not more than five and so many requests to attend to.

Have been receiving a lot of concerns about freight/shipments being affected due to border closures from Australia into PNG. Some of the packages sent to Port Moresby today without issues. Freight services are still ok.
