Today was a big day ❤️

Kimberley shaved her head for the World’s Greatest Shave, and we all stood with her.

What she’s going through isn’t easy — especially with everything her and her family are facing right now — but she continues to show so much strength and courage.

We’re incredibly proud of her.

A huge thank you as well to the Leukaemia Foundation for the support they’ve given Kimberley and her family during this time.

Help Kimberley reach $10,000 ❤️
Last October my sister Kimberley ended up in hospital after doctors found her blood counts and platelets were dangerously low.
After more testing and a bone marrow biopsy in Brisbane she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML).
Since then she has been going through treatment in Brisbane, with the Leukaemia Foundation helping support our family while she fights this.
The next stage of treatment is a stem cell transplant, which means she will lose her hair.
Not long now before she shaves her head for the World's Greatest Shave to help raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation — the same organisation that has helped our family during this time.
We’re incredibly proud of her strength through all of this ❤️

Great little getaway with a few friends, had fun going down the slide and nearly taking out the wall hahaha, some awesome swims and some good relaxation.

Yesterday we said goodbye to our beautiful y62 that took us around OZ but now we say hello to our beautiful Cannon alpha Phev. Coming from a car with basic tech to this beast is absolutely mind blowing. Can't wait to hook the van on and take it for a spin.

We had a great weekend getaway with some family over to Fraser Island (K'gari) such an amazing place to visit.

What a way to end our trip around oz. Wasn't the ending we wanted at all. We are glad we are all safe. It may be the end of the van that was our beautiful home for 6 months. It was the perfect van for our family.
We travelled to so many destinations and made so many friends along the way. We are home and waiting for insurance.
Thank you to everyone who followed our journey and to the people we met along the way.
We have such a beautiful country. That us for now we will be back adventuring once we find out what happens with our little home on wheels but will only be short trips.

We stopped into get a photo with the big mango and then headed to Lake proserpine for 2 nites. It was worth it havnt been here since we did Cape York, and it has changed a lot. Kids got chased by the ducks, haha. We saw a baby echidna was very friendly. Did some work while staring at the view, haha. It's time to make our way down to see my sister. 😀

Beautiful day in Bowen exploring the rotary lookout. Great walk up the mountain to a spectacular view. Perfect weather just a bit cold for a swim even thou the kids said it was warm it wasn't 😄. Thea is loving her plaits. The boys made it to the top before the girls although Izaac was dead afterwards. Off to lake proserpine today.
