I've finally got the 245SB pretty much the way I want it but its taken a while.
I've replaced the cabin carpet with teak vinyl and did the table to, new berth mattress (previous owner must have put damp stuff on it), new flat plate microwave and relocated, added some more 12VDC and USB charge outlets plus changed out all the US power sockets to AU 240VAC and added some more, put in a TV, overhauled the toilet, overhauled the engine, added 1140W of Solar Panels on a frame mounted on the Bimini with front lightbar flood/spot + stern worklights and mounted the anchor light there, Charge Controller & 3kW PureSineWave Inverter and Shore Power/Inverter Changeover and added additional LiPo 100AH Battery, lined the underside of the bimini with foil insulation + I've put in some insulated curtains (which makes it dark and snug) and added additional cockpit ceiling lights, plus installed 2x EFO fireball automatic fire extinguishers in the engine bay and upgraded the cockpit AB(E) from 1kg to 2.5kg + a Class F first Aid kit and an appropriate complement of life jackets.
So now my floating mobile home away from home is pretty well complete.
The grandkids also love getting dragged along on the tow toys, lazing on the floating aquapad or taking the electric outboard powered inflatable (with solar array) for an explore.
It helps to have the largest salt water lake in the Southern Hemisphere to get out on and enjoy.
