After many months of lockdown, we were finally able to get together today and work on capping the retaining walls.

With SMEX having gone missing, and no word on if they will ever return, Mini Train Systems have stepped up their website game, and now offer a trading post for the Model Engineering community, as well as a listing of Model Engineering clubs around Australia.

In my humble opinion, they should round out the new features with a comprehensive list of Model Engineering Inter-Club events and invitationals.

Nurragingy Miniature Railway will be open for Public Rides on Sunday 16th May 2021.

As we are required to provide the ability for you to maintain a 1.5mt social distance (unless you are from the same household) we have restructured our ticket and ride process.
To be able to meet our Covid-19 Safety Plan all ride tickets will be Pre-Sold Only and will have an allocated time slot.
Tickets are $18.00 per group.
Each Ticket will allow for up to 6 members of the same household to ride together on the same miniature train.
The ride will be approximately 10 minutes in duration (including loading and unloading from the train)
(This works out to be almost 2 rides under our normal process)

Please note that if the Pandemic numbers escalate over the week, Nurragingy Miniature Railway, at its discretion, or by Standing Health Order, may have to cancel the Running Day. If this occurs, payments received will be refunded.
To allow for as many of our fans as possible to have a ride, Please only buy one ticket per household.
