As the year comes to a close, today marks the final day for our longest-serving employee, Josh Cross
Over the past 16 years, Josh has been nothing but an absolutely loyal and professional driver who has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure he represents both himself and our company to the highest standards.
During his time with us, Josh has driven every truck in our fleet and completed every job we have undertaken with the same professional and enthusiastic approach. From bulk work and containers to port during quieter times, to even jumping into the feed tanker when we took that job on.
Every truck he has driven and every job he has completed has always been to the highest standard. Josh has treated our trucks as if they were his own; you only needed to hop into whichever truck he was driving to know it had been looked after with genuine care and pride.
It is these high standards that have earned Josh the respect of so many people throughout our industry.
Sixteen years, two million kilometres and no infringements certainly speaks for itself.
Josh possesses a trait that is hard to come by these days old-fashioned honesty and a strong work ethic which is a credit to both him and his family.
We have been truly blessed to employ such a great person with such strong values.
Josh is more a part of our family than an employee, and he will be greatly missed.
We wish Josh, Kirsty and the boys all the very best as they begin the next chapter of their lives in the Sunshine State. Josh Cross
