Ho ho hello!

I’m currently out of the office for the next month—recharging, relaxing family & friends and beachworming, watercolour painting and perhaps even read a book !

BUT fear not, fearless travellers!
If you’re on the move and run into any holiday surprises—lost luggage, flight delays, unexpected camel sightings—I’m still on call for emergencies. I'm your festive travel elf, armed with Wi-Fi and caffeine.

A little bit famous again this morning... I must be on the ABC radio list for all things to do with travel as this is the 4th time I've been called up.
My opinion on flights from Newcaslte to Denpasar 90 minute transit and onward to Singapore...
In my opinion this won't necesarily open up all Europe flights unless you are looking at travelling LOW cost airlines like scoot; (I don't dig the hard seats) for the long haul onward to Europe.
The fully inclusive carriers have discount fare structues from city/country of origin back to the same. So if using the jetstar option to Singapore you could only book one way fares which are always higher.

This destination will however open up comfortable options within Asia as the onward flights are of smaller flight times. I hope that with Jetstars lead in this space, perhaps we could have some other carriers following closely and we may end up being like the Gold Goast Airport with some great places to fly to.
