Good afternoon guys just an update on jobs we have been doing in the last few weeks.

1) 60 Etec service and diagnose and repair trim and tilt fault
2) Suzuki DF115 complete fuel system over haul due to water in fuel.
3)Sail drive service and anodes on Volvo D2-30
4) Slip and anti foul brig 7.8mtr and service Yamaha 300. Full detail,Replace trim and tilt unit due to failure and replace rotten outboard backing plate.
5) Shaft and prop service after being run aground on 22ft supa air nautic with service on v8 pcm.
6) service and replace rusted trim unit on mercury 40 hp mercury tender. Fit a new fuel filter assembly.
7) service and carburettor clean on 40hp Yamaha and replace rusted trim motor.
8 ) service seized turbo on Williams jet boat.
9) Diagnose mercury 90 and repair previously misdiagnosed engine with dealer recommending Repower. The Fuel system full of water filling engine oil with water. Replaced fuel system and removed water from cylinders and oil and test ran.
10)Slip and anti foul sea wind 1000 sailing yacht and Service 9.9hp Yamaha engines.

Hey guys, just an update on jobs we have been doing the last few weeks.

1) Ski boat misfire. Stator was replaced. Mercury 225 efi
2) Service and diagnose engine not idling. Found fuel was to old and stale. Drained tank and refilled with fresh fuel and test ran. Mercury 50hp 4stroke
3) Water pressure alarm/oxygen sensor faults. Found water pump impeller had failed and oxygen sensors replaced. MerCruiser 8.1 ec
4) Rotten transom. Lifted engine off and re did whole transom out of thermo lite. Mercury 225hp Verado
5) Hydraulic jacking plate failure. Removed engine with crane and replaced corroded jacking plate. Fixed corrosion issue. Yamaha 225hp
6) Service Yanmar 7kva genset. Find water leak. Found raw water pump leaking and replaced.
7) Service Yanmar diesel engine and sail drive.
8 ) Annual service to tender for aviation company. Honda 150hp
9) New Minn Kota install. Make aluminium reinforcing plate and mount to vessel. Fit and wire new battery bank. Annual Service to engine. Poly craft with Tohatsu 50hp 2 stroke.
10) Replace leaking exhaust elbow found upon service. on 60ft Bavaria yacht. Yanmar diesel sail drive.

Hey guys just a few jobs we have done in the last few weeks:
1) first service on a Yanmar we re-powered from submersion a few months ago.
2) Service and turbo+ exhaust elbow that were completely blocked causing the engine not to run.
3)service twin f225 Yamahas on a 28 Boston whaler
4) fit a second battery and switch with wiring to 6.5mtr inflatable
5) Service and replace water pump assembly on an onan 8kva genset.
6)Replace failed electric power steering pump on Verado 225
7)Make new electric switch panel and backing plate to update switch board to a newer safer panel with volt meter on 30ft yacht.
8 ) service and lift of power head on Mercury 60 to free up shift rod that was seized and lubricate control box.
9) Disconnect and Lift engine off 7 metre inflatable with crane to repair a rotten transom.
10) Remove and replace seized steering cable and replace leaking b**g assembly on 3 metre Brigg on work trailer.

A few photos of jobs that have been in progress by manns marine in the last few weeks. I should have moved here years ago lake Mac is such a beautiful part of the world and full of lovely thoughtful people.

Things being done:
Outboard fuel system and carburettor clean.
Yacht diesel and sail drive service.
Folding propeller service.
Shaft and shaft gland replacement and service.
Battery bank and inverter assessment.
Head service on v4 2stroke outboard.
Replace turbo and exhaust elbow due to corrosion and blockage resulting in poor engine performance.
