This beef cut is perfect for Smoker meat on a smaller scale. The cap on means your meat doesn't dry out with longer smoke times.
Sized between 1kg-1.5kg peices.

We love seeing what you create...!
Our customer Rachel created this "Beef Ragu with Pappardelle Pasta" using our Rump Steaks, we put Rump steaks in almost every $100 pack, if not you can always add them on.
I wouldn't normally slow cook them but this looks like you could definitely just 'nom nom nom' on this pic...!
Rump steaks are versatile. Slow cookers are the BEST...!

My Kids love them and almost every time my pack gets turned into Spaghetti Meatballs. I get them to cut into 6s or quarters and re:roll them, easy way to get your kids in the kitchen! Add a jar of Passata, an Onion, some extra herbs, any veggies and dinner is done!
