Started as a simple D section fender removal to replace and refit. Ended up calling in a mate (who has retired and never been busier) for back-up to help figure out and remove rotted deck timber. New pieces are cut to go in, have a day of cleaning, prepping, drying tomorrow and then hopefully glue and screws on Friday if it's ready. Thankyou Walshy!

Dug an old 6V92 Detroit Diesel out of weeds and mud, it was stuck tight! Took a couple of tries and she's out safe now. See if it will bar over soon, wonder if it will run? Either way it sounds like its future will involve a trip to Denham Diesel up near Shark Bay for a 300hp rebuild. Giddyup!

First jobbie with the crane a few weeks back. Uncoupled and pulled a 1cyl Yanmar out of a busted yacht. Owners were looking to remove a few more bits and sell as yard art/kids sandpit. Was a satisfying challenge to get it out cleanly with the vessel on its side but got there
