Summit Laboratory Traineeship Program 🔬🧫

We are pleased to welcome our third successful graduate, Hazel Cheung, to the Summit Laboratory Services Traineeship Program.

Hazel joins Summit as a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science. Having already gained valuable experience in the food industry through food QA/QC, Hazel has joined Summit to further develop her laboratory skills and competencies with sample registration, preparation and processing.

We are delighted to welcome Hazel to the Summit team and look forward to supporting her continued professional development!

We are thrilled to announce the first two successful candidates of the Summit Laboratory Traineeship Program: Heba Haroon and Mayasha Fernando.

Heba joins us as a recent TAFE graduate with a degree in biotechnology, and Mayasha brings a Food Science and Technology degree and experience in dairy testing to the Summit team.

The Summit Traineeship Program offers the opportunity to build practical skills across microbiology, chemistry, water, and environmental testing while working alongside our experienced laboratory professionals.

We are so excited to welcome them to the program and to support their career development in food and environmental science.
