I never expected liver to taste so delicious!! 😍😍
Did you know that Viennese cuisine, apart from Schnitzel, is famous for offal? Typically roasted or baked you can find beef offal on almost every menu at a Viennese Gasthaus.
Initially a delicacy it was soon despised as food for the poor. Recently there is revival of the classic Viennese kitchen with its many variations of offal. It goes perfectly with a Krügerl of Schwechater Zwickl.
