Head of Groupage (LCL) Logistics
Fairyland Logistics is an international logistics company delivering comprehensive supply chain solutions worldwide. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking an experienced Head of Groupage (LCL) Logistics to lead, develop, and scale our LCL operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Groupage (LCL) division across ocean and road transportation
Design and implement LCL operational strategy and consolidation flows
Build and manage a network of international consolidators, agents, and partners
Negotiate contracts, tariffs, and long-term rate agreements
Oversee pricing strategy, margins, and profitability of LCL shipments
Supervise end-to-end operations: booking, consolidation, documentation, delivery
Manage and mentor LCL logistics managers and operations staff
Optimize processes, costs, transit times, and service quality
Handle complex shipments, claims, and escalation cases
Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and management teams
🎯 Requirements
5+ years of experience in international logistics, with strong focus on LCL / Groupage
Proven experience in managing or leading LCL operations or a logistics team
Deep understanding of consolidation hubs, deconsolidation processes, and Incoterms
Strong negotiation skills with shipping lines, consolidators, and agents
Strategic and financial mindset (pricing, margins, cost optimization)
Fluent English and Russian (additional languages are a plus)
Confident user of logistics software and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
