Logistics supply chain management
You would have an opportunity to support customer supply chains directly by helping to move their freight effectively and efficiently. You would interact directly with customers to build and strengthen relationships, coordinate cargo bookings, and on the first day, you begin with our dynamic and comprehensive program, you will see our staff devotion. Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of logistics
-Intermediate level of English both written communication skills and phone etiquette
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and strong internet skills
Responsibilities:
-Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
-Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, drivers, and consumers
-Resolve any arising problems or complaints
-Collaborate with coworkers and third-party agents to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service, and continued customer relationship development.
-Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, shipment documentation, etc.
Working Hours:
5 pm-2 am
