Procurement Buyer

Dear Candidate:

OMC, an Offshore Installation Company in Sharjah U.A.E is on lookout for Procurement Buyer having more than 2 years experience, and qualified with compliance to the OMC Business Core Qualifications as below.


• Tracking material requisitions from the vessels, projects & office through the system.
• Sending enquiries to the international or local vendors and follow up with them for the quotations.
• Synchronize the best quote from different Suppliers while minding the quality, price and delivery time.
• Prepare commercial bid tab in view of technical suitability, prices and delivery time.
• Prepare and send purchase order to the suppliers.
• Verify if invoices are aligned with delivery notes and suppliers are paid on time by coordinating with Accounts Department.
• Liaising w/ suppliers for prompt deliveries.
• Update department’s tracking list for general reference.
• IT Skilled Required: Advance Knowledge in MS Office.

• DP maintenance course (KONGSBERG)
