WE STRICTLY IMPLEMENT NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY.

> Reasons that are accepted for Return or Exchange:

We have demanding checking procedures to make sure orders are made to the requirements before being shipped to the customer, but in extremely rare cases if the product you have received does not match your order and product description due to a mistake from our side (e.g. you received the wrong size or wrong color) we will accept returns & we will pay for the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt.

> Reasons that are NOT accepted for Refund or Exchange:

We do not exchange or refund if the customer has changed their mind regarding the item in question. All sales are considered final.

In any case, the product is damaged, the terms below apply: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and the item(s) must be shipped by express courier and we should receive in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt within 7 days of receiving your item. An Airway Bill/ Courier reference number must be provided once the item has been shipped by you in order for us to track the shipment. Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, process the exchange or refund.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

- The item(s) has not been received by us within 7 days from receiving your order.

- The item(s) has not received by us in its original condition or shows evidence of being worn/used.
