Port Link Cargo LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 with 2–3 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, preferably in the 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆.
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Handle day‑to‑day accounting operations
• Prepare invoices, credit notes & statements
• Manage accounts receivable & payable
• Reconcile bank statements and client accounts
• Coordinate with operations & sales teams for billing
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Support month‑end closing and audit requirements
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 2–3 years accounting experience (freight forwarding experience is a strong advantage)
• Knowledge of UAE VAT
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / ERP)
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional, organized, and reliable
