As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and drive the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
Recruiter Profile:
- Experience: 1+ years in manpower hiring across GCC.
- Focus: Both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
- Skills:.
- Proficient in using both paid and free job portals.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Education: Any degree.
- Knowledge: Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Performance Metrics: Achieving hiring targets within set timeframe.
