Looking at the current state of our beloved Bangladesh, my heart breaks. 💔
Where has our humanity gone? Where are the human rights we so proudly speak of? It is deeply upsetting and a matter of profound shame to witness the violence taking place.
What is even more shameful is our collective silence. Today, if one person is attacked, others stand around, laugh, and watch silently like it's a drama. But remember, when the same cruelty knocks on your own door tomorrow, others will treat you with the exact same silence. Why are we silent when the innocent suffer?
Our families are not safe. Our girls are not safe anywhere. If they go to school, there is fear. If they go to a Madrasah, they are still not safe from some corrupt individuals hiding behind religious garments (Hujurs). Where will our daughters and families go?
Human life is short—perhaps 60 to 70 years. We spend it working hard to provide food for our families, yet some people spend it destroying others and feeding on the wealth of the poor.
The only solution is unity. Wherever there is injustice, we must collectively raise our voices. We need immediate justice for the innocent through proper, instant investigations—not empty promises and waiting.
Nobody lives forever. Today or tomorrow, we will all die. When you stand before Allah on judgment day, what answer will you give for your silence and your greed?
Ya Allah, bring peace and true justice to Bangladesh. Protect our women, our children, and our innocent citizens, and guide us to speak up against wrong. 🤲✨
