Dubai Quality Group (DQG) announced the launch of the ninth cycle of the Emirates Women Award (EWA) under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation, Chairman of Emirates Group and Honorary Patron of DQG, and with the support of du and Abu Dhabi Business Women Council (ADBWC) as main sponsors. The announcement took place during a ceremony organized by DQG on Monday, February 20, 2012 at the Address Downtown Dubai Hotel. Officials from DQG and UAE businesswomen councils attended the event, in addition to many businesswomen, entrepreneurs and professionals, nationals and expats, the chief social segment targeted by the Award.
