A beautiful afternoon on the water. 🌊

On 23 May, Dubai International Boat Show partnered with Wind Rises Dubai to celebrate World Boating Day with something truly special — a hands-on kids' sailing experience at Mina Rashid Port for young adventurers aged 8 to 11.

The children took to the water in groups, guided by Wind Rises instructors, discovering the joy of sailing, teamwork, and life on the sea for the very first time. While one group sailed, the other got creative with Brunch & Art at Coffee Lab — painting marine life charms and ocean-inspired artwork. And keeping everyone refreshed throughout? The wonderful team at Barakat, with fresh juices all afternoon. 🥤

Every child walked away with a Certificate of Participation — and a story to tell. 🏆

This is what the Dubai boating community is all about — learning, creativity, and introducing the next generation to life on the water.

We're partnering with Wind Rises Dubai and Brunch & Art to bring you a special World Boating Day event at Mina Rashid Marina - and young explorers are invited to get involved!

Kids will try sailing with professional instructors and learn basics out on the water, plus enjoy a creative painting session by the sea. No experience needed - just a sense of adventure and a love for the ocean! 🎨

Dubai International Boat Show have announced the rescheduling of the April edition to 25–29 November 2026 at Dubai Harbour. The revised dates align the event with the start of the Middle East’s prime boating season, creating stronger market conditions for launches, sales and international participation. The November edition will also mark the permanent repositioning of the Dubai International Boat Show to the November calendar annually, reinforcing Dubai and the UAE’s role as a strategic regional hub for the marine leisure industry.
